link to submit the request online, call us or fax. Please indicate which unit and what dates you are interested in and how many people are in your party.
Step 2: If you decide to book from us, we will send you a contract that you will sign and return to us with a $200 deposit. We accept personal checks or money orders. Then we will sign and email you your copy of the contract.
Step 3: We should receive your payment in full no later than 90 days before you check-in date.
Step 4: We will send you a confirmation email with your reservation # from our management company and detailed unit information including locker code. If you book less that 4 months in advance, we will email you both the contract and the confirmation together.
Deposit of $200/week is required for reservation. Rates shown are in US dollars and do not include 13.42% Hawaii tax,
$50 resort fee and $100 check-out cleaning fee. Rates apply to 1-4 guests with a maximum of 4 guests in 7-106
and 6 guests in 6-109. Each additional guest in 6-109 is $10/night. Rates subject to change without notice. No smoking, no pets.
If cancellation is received earlier than 60-90 (depending on season) days of arrival,
the deposit is forfeited. If you cancel 60-90 days or less prior to arrival, the full amount of rent will be due.
If the unit is re-booked to another party for the same dates, you will be refunded the amount we are able to recover
less the holding deposit.
